Welcome to Arana Bridge Club, a vibrant and inclusive community in Brisbane. Whether you are a seasoned player or just starting out, we warmly welcome visitors, beginners, members, and guests to join us.

At Arana Bridge Club, we prioritise the health and safety of our attendees. All individuals must comply with Queensland Health regulations, QBA, and our Arana COVID-Safe protocols. Our modern air-conditioned clubhouse, located in the beautiful Ferny Grove Sportfields on Tramway Street, comfortably accommodates 36 tables. We offer ample parking and disabled access to ensure convenience for all.

Currently, we have around 200 home members and 70 non-home members, creating a diverse and engaging community. Regardless of your level of experience, we cater to all skill levels. Beginners' classes generally commence in March and July, with additional help and guidance available after completing the lessons. To ensure fairness and accuracy, our bridge hands are computer dealt, with personal scorers and hand records available at every session.

We offer regular duplicate sessions throughout the week, including Monday (am, pm), Tuesday (am), Wednesday (am), Thursday afternoon, Friday (am), and Saturday afternoon. Table fees for regular sessions are $6. 00 for members and $7. 50 for visitors.

As an added incentive, session winners receive a free game voucher awarded to the outright and handicap winners on alternate weeks. Please note that surcharges may apply at special/prizemoney events with no winning vouchers.

Membership at Arana Bridge Club is open to all, and new members are always welcome. The annual membership fee is just $15, excluding additional QBA and ABF affiliation fees of $20 each for those not already paying through another club membership. Additionally, there is a once-only joining fee of $10. As a member, you will have access to our informative newsletter, The Trump-It, published several times per year.

Our extensive library contains a range of bridge books, videos, and DVDs, all available to members at no charge.

Arana Bridge Club hosts two congresses each year. In February, we hold a one-day Swiss teams event, and in May or June, we organise a Swiss pairs and teams weekend. These congresses offer a fantastic opportunity for players to compete and socialise.
