Arabian Gymnastics Club

Arabian Gymnastics Club, located in Dublin, offers a range of classes catering to both recreational and competitive gymnasts of all ages. The Junior Display Team consists of 20 young gymnasts who perform at various displays and festivals throughout Ireland, while the Advanced Recreational Classes are open to enthusiastic recreational gymnasts. The Rec Plus classes offer a more intensive training option at a non-competitive level.

For preschoolers, the Pre-school Gymnastics programme provides a fantastic introduction to gymnastics, focusing on developing motor skills, balance, coordination, and flexibility. The Senior Display Team showcases their skills at prestigious gymnastics festivals, while the Start Squad programme provides a balance between competitive and recreational gymnastics for those looking to advance further in the sport.

Arabian Gymnastics Club also offers Recreational Gymnastics Classes for beginners to learn fundamental skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor. Gymnasts who show potential may be invited to join the Squad Programmes for more advanced training. Additionally, the Gymtots programme is a parent and toddler programme designed to help develop sensory skills and prepare children for physical play and future sports involvement.

Established in 2005, Arabian Gymnastics Club was the first full-time gymnastics facility in Dublin and continues to lead the way in providing quality coaching and equipment for aspiring gymnasts. The facility boasts top-of-the-line equipment including a sprung floor, airtrack, bars, beam, vaults, trampolines, and resi mats. The comfortable reception area and waiting room make it a welcoming environment for both gymnasts and parents.

Founded by lifelong gymnastics enthusiasts Aoife and ilis, the club is named after their favourite gymnastics move, the Arabian somersault.
