For children, we offer fun and structured lessons in either one-to-one sessions or small groups. Our highly trained teachers provide hands-on guidance and promote enjoyment, confidence, and swimming skills. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to improve their technique, our classes cater to all levels and abilities.

Adults are also welcome to join our swimming lessons. We understand that some adults may have had previous frustrating experiences with traditional swimming lessons. That's why we focus on promoting correct alignment, confidence, enjoyment, and technique through one-to-one sessions or small groups. Our experienced instructors will provide hands-on teaching, helping you learn to enjoy swimming and improve your skills.

At Aqua Vie, we are proud to incorporate the principles of the Alexander Technique into our swimming lessons. The Alexander Technique promotes intelligent movement and well-being, which we believe is essential for a holistic swimming experience. By incorporating these principles, we aim to provide a unique and effective approach to swimming instruction, ensuring that our students develop efficient and effortless movements in the water.

Aqua Vie is a family-run business, led by sisters Jan Jordan and Karen Logan since 2004. With over a decade of experience, we have been providing valuable and fun swimming classes for babies, children, and adults in Leicestershire, Hertfordshire, and London. Our small class sizes and personal attention ensure that each participant receives individualised guidance and support throughout their swimming journey.
