Aquatics Hastings Swim Club is excited to announce an upcoming swimming event at Havelock North Village Pool! Calling all swimmers, both young and old, to join us for a fun and exhilarating day in the water.
If you or your child have always wanted to learn how to swim or improve your swimming skills, this event is the perfect opportunity to take the plunge! Our Learn to Swim program offers classes for children aged six months and up, including preschool and school-aged children. With experienced instructors and a safe environment, we ensure that learning to swim is not only educational but also loads of fun!
Classes are available at Flaxmere and Clive War Memorial Pools, giving you flexibility in choosing the location that suits you best. We offer daytime classes from Monday to Friday for preschool and water baby classes. For school-aged children, we have after-school classes on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Our classes follow the school term schedule, with breaks during school holidays. Please note that lessons are not available on public holidays.
Don't miss out on our exciting offer for the upcoming term! Enrol your child in lessons for Term 1 2024, starting on Monday, 12th February, and they will receive a Free Splash Planet Pass! Just visit the reception before or after your lesson to pick up the voucher. This pass will give them access to endless fun at Splash Planet until 1st April (Easter Monday).
We offer a wide range of swim levels suitable for different age groups, including Water Babies, Preschool (3-5 Years), Crabs, Goldfish, Penguins, Jellyfish, Starfish, Turtles, Snappers, Salmon, Marlins, Dolphins, Crocodiles, and Sharks. We ensure that each swimmer is placed in the appropriate level to provide the best learning experience and progression.
Our lessons are priced at $14.00 per child per week, payable by direct debit for your convenience. Terms typically last for 10 weeks, allowing for continuous enrolment in the swim school. Payments are made on a weekly basis via direct debit, with term breaks having automatic payment suspension and resuming when the new term begins. We also offer the option of credit for missed lessons due to medical reasons, supported by a medical certificate.
Booking lessons has never been easier with our new online booking platform. Simply browse through available lesson times, select the pool and level suitable for your child, and book your preferred day and time. In case you have any questions or can't find a suitable class, our pool staff are just a phone call away and will be happy to assist you. Discounts for registering more than two children per term cannot be processed online, so make sure to contact the pool directly to apply the discount after booking online.
Once you've completed your booking and payment, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation and the confirmed lesson time. In case you encounter any issues during the online booking process, we are here to support you. Reach out to Aquatics Hastings for any assistance you may need.
Having trouble keeping track of your child's progress? No worries! Our online portal allows you to easily check your child's progress and make any necessary changes to their class. Simply log in to your account, select 'Learn to Swim Classes' from the menu, and you'll see the enrolled students under your account. By clicking on their name, you can view their active enrolment, monitor their progress, or change their day and time for lessons.
Our lessons are offered at Clive War Memorial Pool, Flaxmere Pool, and Frimley Pool. Keep in mind that availability may vary, so consider both pools when booking lessons.
