Aquakids Swimming Club in Kent offers swimming classes with a friendly and personal touch. They understand the importance of individualised attention, which is why their classes have a small size and maintain a maximum ratio of 2 to 6 in the beginner's class. This ensures that each child receives the necessary support and guidance to boost their confidence in the pool.
The swimming classes at Aquakids are suitable for everyone, regardless of their swimming abilities. From beginners to advanced swimmers, they have lessons that cater to individual needs. They even welcome nervous first-timers, creating a safe and comfortable environment for them to learn and grow. What sets Aquakids apart is that their teachers are Swim England qualified and hold various certifications and qualifications. This guarantees that the lessons are of the highest quality and safety standards.
Aquakids offers swimming lessons for children starting from the age of 3 1/2 years old. These lessons feature small class sizes with teachers in the water, ensuring that each child receives ample attention and guidance. For babies and toddlers, Aquakids provides lessons from 4 months to 3 1/2 years old, also with the teacher in the water. They understand that early exposure to water can help develop water confidence from a young age.
During school holidays, Aquakids organises intensive classes that consist of a half-hour lesson every day for a week. This format follows the successful structure of their weekly lessons, allowing swimmers to make rapid progress during these concentrated sessions. Additionally, Aquakids hosts galas, which are open to swimmers in Group 5 and above. These events provide an exciting opportunity for swimmers to showcase their skills and compete with their peers.
Aquakids also caters to special needs adults and SEND children with dedicated classes conducted at Marjorie McClure Special School. They are committed to making swimming accessible to everyone and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of swimming.
