Billa Kalina's local Swimming club, YMCA Swimming Lessons, is excited to promote their Aqua Sensory Play event. This special class is designed for babies and toddlers, providing them with a unique sensory experience in the calm and shallow waters of the Toddler Pool.
At Aqua Sensory Play, little ones have the opportunity to explore, connect, and even do some tummy time in the water. The pool's depth, reaching an adult's waist, ensures a safe and comfortable environment for this sensory adventure.
To enhance the sensory experience, the class features carefully researched and sourced sensory equipment. Everything that participants see, hear, and touch in the class contributes to this special experience.
Aqua Sensory Play is suitable for babies and toddlers aged 8 weeks to 3 years. Pre-bookings through the online customer portal are essential for attending this class, so make sure to secure your spot. Each booking includes one parent and one child, creating a bonding experience for both.

Please note that Aqua Sensory Play does not operate during school holidays. The class is held in different terms throughout the year, each with its own exciting theme. In Term 1, we dive into the enchanting world 'Under the sea'. Term 2 takes us on an adventure with 'Transport', while Term 3 creates a magical 'Winter Wonderland'. Finally, Term 4 brings us the vibrant and refreshing theme of 'Springtime'.
The class schedule varies depending on the age group. Seal pups, aged 8 weeks to 6 months, have a class from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. Polar bear cubs, aged 6 to 12 months, have a class from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. For the older ones, penguin chicks aged 12 months to 3 years, the class runs from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
To ensure personalised attention and a cosy environment, each class has a maximum of 8 children. This way, everyone gets the chance to fully enjoy the experience and have a great time in the pool.
