No shoes are worn during the class to allow for better foot articulation. What to bring We provide all necessary equipment for the class, including mats, straps, balls, and weights.
However, if you have your own mat or would like to bring your own water bottle, please feel free to do so. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled before the class begins.
