Ages 8 – 12 A 45-minute class twice a week focusing on building strength, agility, and self-confidence. Students will learn basic self-defence techniques, sparring, patterns, and participate in physical fitness activities to enhance their overall Taekwon-Do skills.
Teen & Adult Classes Taekwon-Do classes for teens and adults are offered multiple times a week. Participants will learn traditional Taekwon-Do techniques including patterns, sparring, and self-defence, as well as participate in physical conditioning exercises to improve strength and flexibility.
BOOT CAMP Boot Camp is designed for those looking for a high-intensity workout combining Taekwon-Do techniques with strength and endurance training. This class is open to all fitness levels and offers a challenging and rewarding workout experience.
