Annual Community Move Your Mood December Challenge

Restorative Sports Therapy is thrilled to announce the upcoming Annual Community Move Your Mood December Challenge. It's a fantastic opportunity to stay active while supporting a worthwhile cause at the same time. Starting from December 1st, participants are encouraged to pledge to move a minimum of one mile every day throughout the month. Whether you prefer jogging around the park, cycling through the scenic trails, or even a leisurely walk through the neighbourhood, every form of movement counts towards your goal.

When you sign up for the challenge at the ORENDA RST Studio, your registration fees will directly benefit the Magic of Christmas charity initiative. This wonderful organisation works tirelessly to bring joy and holiday cheer to families in need across Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, and High River. This year, the focus is on supporting Teens and Adults to ensure they feel the spirit of the holiday season. As a participant, you're also invited to contribute items from the MOC Wishlist to help spread the festive joy even further.

Don't miss out on the Wrapping Party on December 6th at the studio to add a touch of holiday magic to the challenge. To keep yourself motivated, download the provided tracking calendar and share your progress on social media. By sharing your journey, you're likely to receive plenty of encouragement from fellow participants and supporters.
