For a one-time payment of 25, clients gain access to over 110 video sessions, nutrition guide sheets to assist with meal planning, and free access to a live message group where they can receive 1-on-1 coaching and interact with other members.

Animal Performance Ltd also provides coaching services that aim to save clients money. This includes the BBBO Body Transformation programme, which incorporates a tailored nutrition and exercise plan.
