Angels Pole and Dance Studio in Silverdale is a pole and dance space for people of all fitness levels. Classes focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance and improving dance ability, with an emphasis on confidence and self-expression through movement. The studio supports newcomers who may feel nervous in their first class, and instructors help break down tricky moves as members work towards their personal dance goals. Classes run several days a week at Unit 3, 70 Forge Road.
