Angela Waite has always been committed to supporting our sports community. With over 30 years of experience, she offers expert physiotherapy services through Angela Waite Physiotherapy, based in Honing, near North Walsham, Norfolk. Angela's extensive experience includes working with both elite and recreational athletes, providing tailored physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans.
Angela graduated from Addenbrookes School of Physiotherapy in 1987 and initially worked at Ipswich Hospital before returning to Norfolk in 1994. Her career spans work in General Practice in Norwich and North Walsham, as well as private practice and teaching at the University of East Anglia. Angela is a member of the Health & Care Professions Council, Physio First, and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
At her clinic, Angela offers a broad range of treatments. These include managing musculoskeletal issues, recovery from surgery, treating soft tissue problems, sports injuries, and providing Clinical Pilates. Angela's expertise covers back and neck pain, sciatica, foot issues like plantar fasciitis, muscle and ligament sprains, joint problems, and pre- and post-operative physiotherapy.

New patients can expect an initial appointment lasting up to an hour, allowing for detailed discussion, examination, and treatment. Angela recommends wearing comfortable clothing and bringing relevant footwear or sports equipment for assessments.
