For young learners, there are Coral classes available for three different age groups: babies from 4 months, toddlers from 18 months, and pre-schoolers aged 3–5 years. These classes help children build water confidence and learn age-appropriate techniques in the comforting routine of weekly swimming lessons. Young learners wear armbands throughout these lessons to encourage good swimming habits, relaxation, effective breathing in water, and a correct streamlined body position.
Angela's Swim School also offers adult swimming lessons for beginners and more experienced swimmers. The tailored group adult swimming lessons aim to build confidence and teach technique to absolute beginners. They also provide adult swimming lessons for more experienced swimmers who want expert guidance to improve techniques for general swimming or as part of an intensive health and fitness programme.
For children in small groups, Angela's Swim School offers specialist swim classes for each stage of learning to swim. Starting from 4 months old in Coral lessons, children progress through the different Swimstyler levels until they complete the advanced Atlantis level and become certified Swimstylers.
