Welcome to Andover Pilates & Physiotherapy! Located in Hampshire, our studio offers a range of Pilates classes and Physiotherapy-led sessions tailored to meet your individual needs. We believe that Pilates is for everybody, and we strive to create a small and friendly environment to provide you with personalised attention and guidance.

At Andover Pilates, our classes are kept small with a maximum of 9 people, ensuring that you receive the individual attention you deserve. We offer 16 group matwork classes suitable for all levels of ability, including Physiotherapy-led classes for those with restricted mobility and a rehabilitation class for individuals with injuries or chronic pain issues.

If you miss a class, don't worry! We offer an online exchange system where you can schedule a makeup class with a 12-hour notice. You have until the end of the term to use your class credit in a class of your choice. However, please note that once you sign up for a course, your mat will be reserved for you for the entire duration, even if you are unable to attend.

Our studio provides basic changing facilities, and we recommend wearing loose, stretchy clothing for classes. It's important to avoid clothing with zips or jeans, and shoes are not worn during classes for optimal movement and comfort.
