Born from Annalisa's quest to find exercises that ease stress and anxiety, the studio specialises in 50-minute, full-body dynamic Reformer Pilates classes. These sessions build strength, improve flexibility, coordination, and endurance, with fun and creative exercises to keep participants engaged.

Attendees will feel energised, stronger, aligned, and more flexible. Annalisa ensures personalised attention for all, providing modifications to cater to different abilities and fitness levels. The Reformer machines use resistance and body weight, delivering a challenging workout for mind and body.
