Led by Jessie, a dedicated wellness coach based on the South East Coast of the UK, Amphibious Fit specialises in teaching movement for the mind and body, helping individuals discover the adventure that awaits them right at their doorstep. With an emphasis on mindset, movement, and adventure, Jessie strives to empower her clients to live an exciting life filled with energy and passion.

Amphibious Fit offers a variety of classes, including Bootcamps on the beach, Yoga in the Yurt, and Wild Vinyasa, a blend of traditional vinyasa and primal flow. These classes cater to individuals of all abilities and provide a supportive environment for participants to improve their strength, flexibility, and fluidity. The fitness centre also offers Animal Flow, a holistic approach to ground movement that enhances strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination.

For those unable to attend in-person classes or prefer to exercise at their own time, Amphibious Fit is launching the MOVES MEMBERSHIP, an online portal that serves as a one-stop shop for all things wellness. This membership encompasses the whole health of individuals and provides access to energising workouts, calming flows, grounding meditations, and wellness tips.

In addition to the classes and online membership, Amphibious Fit organises thrilling adventures and workshops scattered over East Sussex. Whether you're a local or visiting the area, there are plenty of opportunities to explore new environments and challenge yourself physically and mentally.
