AMPFit | Always Making Progress is a boutique personal training studio located in Richmond, dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Head Instructor Owen Chau leads the team at AMPFit with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As Canada's First Beast Tamer, Owen is a certified SFG Level II and SFL instructor, as well as an NSCA-CPT. With over 10 years of experience as a competitive martial artist, Owen is passionate about sharing time-tested training principles to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals from all backgrounds.

Joining Owen at AMPFit are certified instructors Livia Lee, Amy Lew, and Eric Wong, all dedicated to helping clients reach their fitness goals through strength training. Livia, Amy, and Eric are all SFG Level II certified instructors with unique backgrounds in education, martial arts, and software engineering, bringing a diverse skill set to the AMPFit team.

At AMPFit, clients can choose from a variety of training options, including semi-private training, private training packages, and introductory courses in bodyweight, kettlebell, and barbell training. The studio also hosts workshops and events for clients to further their fitness knowledge and skills.
