Amovida is owned and led by Ally and Grant Taylor, who are highly experienced and respected trainers within the fitness industry. With over 20 years of experience each, they have trained and inspired countless individuals and other instructors. They have received numerous accolades and certifications, including being UK National Trainers and Presenters for Mossa Group fitness programmes and Les Mills Trainers and Presenters for RPM. They have also trained with global industry leaders and have extensive knowledge in injury recuperation and specialised fitness programmes.
