As an Amatsu practitioner in order to be able to help others similarly to how I was helped. I am passionate about holistic health and believe that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the right tools and support. In addition to Amatsu, I am also a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, as I believe that movement and alignment are crucial for overall health and well-being.
At Amatsu Therapy Clondalkin, our goal is to help our clients achieve optimal health and wellness through a combination of gentle physical therapy, movement practises like Pilates and Yoga, and personalised care. We offer individual Amatsu therapy sessions, group Pilates and Yoga classes, as well as corporate and sports club classes. Our studio is located in Park West, providing a peaceful and welcoming environment for our clients to relax and heal.
