An injury or looking to improve their overall health and well-being, Jayne decided to become a certified Pilates instructor. She completed her mat certification in 2017 and went on to do her reformer certification in 2018. Jayne is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals, whether it be to improve their strength, flexibility, or overall mindfulness. She believes that Pilates is for everybody and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in her classes.
Jayne is also a big advocate for self-care and mindfulness practices, incorporating elements of meditation and breathwork into her classes to help her clients find balance and peace in their daily lives.
Together, Amanda, Jackie, and Jayne form the team at Amaroo Transformation & Wellness Pilates Studio.
