TAAG Park Athletics Club is excited to announce the upcoming Masters Swimming program for Spring & Summer 2024! Designed for participants looking to focus on personal fitness, triathlon training, and Masters competition, the program offers a variety of workouts to cater to different goals.
Participants in the Masters Swimming program should be able to swim 1000 meters in an hour and have knowledge of 2 or 3 competitive strokes. The workouts, ranging from 2000-3500 meters, focus on stroke improvement through technical drill practice and bio-mechanical analysis.
Registration for the program will open on Friday, April 5th at 12:00 pm. Memberships for Staff/Faculty, Carleton Students, and Community Members are required to join the program. The Spring 2024 sessions will run from May 1 to June 28, with Early Birds 1 and Early Birds 2 sessions on Mon-Weds-Fri mornings. The Summer 2024 program will take place from July 3 to August 30, with Early Birds sessions on Mon-Weds-Fri mornings and Saturdays.
