Trained under the esteemed Body Control Pilates programme in London, Sally and Jemma Rice offer small classes with close personal supervision and individual support.
They run a flexible schedule with in-person classes held at the beautiful Station Mill Studio, and online sessions conducted via Zoom. Remember, bookings are essential to secure your spot.
For your classes, it’s best to wear comfortable clothes that aren't too baggy, with either socks or bare feet. This makes it easier for the instructors to observe your posture and alignment.
To join, newcomers need to complete an enrolment form and take part in an introductory one-on-one session. This helps tailor the classes to your needs and ensures you get the best experience.
Fees are paid in advance for a block of sessions, usually spanning 6 to 7 weeks. While fees are non-refundable once paid, there is a swap system in place. If you notify Sally in advance about missing a class, you can enjoy a makeup session later on.
