Alpha Cheer NZ offers various programmes, including Recreation/Beginner Cheer, Prep Cheer, and Elite Cheer. The Cheer Basics programme is perfect for newcomers to cheerleading. Rec/Novice teams focus on skill building, technique, and performance factors required in competitive cheer. Prep Cheer is designed for athletes with some experience, offering a more competitive performance experience.
Elite Cheer is the competitive programme for athletes with preferred skill sets, focusing on driver and technique execution mastery. Elite Cheer classes include a weekly tumble class for added value.
Each programme has different practise and competition commitments, as well as associated costs. Recreation/Beginner Cheer involves one practise session per week and one competition per year, with fees ranging from $150 to $175 per term. Prep Cheer includes one to two practise sessions per week and two to three competitions per year, with fees ranging from $150 to $200 per term (excluding Tumble Class). Elite Cheer requires two practise sessions per week, one competition per year, and includes a weekly tumble class.
Fees for Elite Cheer range from $300 to $450 per term, including the Tumble Class.
