Just a quick note from Claudia Sanjurgo, the organiser of Alma Fitness Studio. Situated in West Derby Village, Liverpool, Alma Fitness Studio was established back in September 2021 and is the area’s first fitness studio specifically for women.
Claudia created Alma Fitness Studio with a clear vision: to help women fall in love with exercise and become the fittest and strongest versions of themselves. The studio is a judgement-free, inclusive space fostering a community built on kindness and mutual support.
Claudia, the owner and head trainer, brings her passion and years of experience to the role. Her journey into fitness and personal training is deeply personal, inspired by her own experiences and the loss of her mother. She is dedicated to empowering women to make sustainable lifestyle changes through exercise, mindfulness, and nutrition.
Alma Fitness Studio offers a variety of services to meet different needs, including one-on-one personal training, group coaching, and online training programmes. Claudia also runs an online lifestyle programme called Wellness With Claudia, which features exercise routines, meditation, yoga, cognitive behavioural therapy, educational webinars, and more.
