At All Things Pilates, we offer a range of services to cater to our clients' needs. Our 1:1 Pilates sessions are tailored to individuals and are available throughout the week, starting as early as 06:45 in the morning and running until 21:00 in the evening. Led by Gemma, these sessions incorporate her physiotherapy background to create a fun and rehabilitative environment.
Alongside our 1:1 sessions, we also provide group classes and private sessions for those looking to improve their Pilates practise. Our classes and sessions combine the latest research with the original principles of Pilates, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective training.
