Alignment REScue is a physical fitness program in Toronto led by Restorative Exercise Specialist Carol Robbins. The program focuses on active aging and movement for life, helping individuals restore movement, maintain mobility, reduce pain, and develop a lifelong love of movement. Through online courses and classes, participants will learn how to move more effectively and be inspired to incorporate movement into their daily lives.

One of the unique aspects of Alignment REScue is the use of exercises using a half dome, which are designed to target major body parts that may remain inactive during daily activities.
