Align Yoga Method is a Northern Ontario yoga organization based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. It supports people who want to practice yoga, deepen personal wellness, or explore yoga teaching through Registered Yoga School (RYS) 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings. The organization also hosts continuing education, classes, workshops, retreats, and community wellness events. The approach combines movement, breathwork, mindfulness, alignment, and nervous system awareness to support wellness on and off the mat.
