Ali Fox Transformations is a renowned personal training and fitness centre located in Redcliffe, Queensland. Established in 2011 by Ali Fox, a certified Personal Trainer, full-time Lawyer, and mother of two, the centre was dedicated to helping women regain their fitness and form after childbirth.
Ali Fox's own pregnancy served as the catalyst for her passion for fitness and her desire to create a fitness programme that aligned with those goals. Her dedication and commitment to her own health and fitness journey led to the creation of Ali Fox Transformations.
The primary goals of Ali Fox Transformations were threefold. Firstly, to improve fitness through Fox Fun exercises and challenges. Secondly, to provide personal and group motivation to help clients meet their fitness goals. Lastly, to offer Sports Nutrition support to guide clients in their dietary needs.
Ali Fox's commitment to her clients was that they would not only feel better and proud of their bodies and sporting achievements but also enjoy the challenge and transformation to their new Fox-being. Whether participating in group programmes or receiving individual personal training, Ali Fox Transformations aimed to support clients in their fitness journeys.
Ali Fox's vision for the fitness centre was to empower women to step out of their comfort zone by becoming a part of the Family of Foxes. This vision led to the creation of Ali Fox Activewear. Her designs, including bright and bold compression pants, encouraged women of all shapes and sizes to unleash their Inner Fox and step out of the traditional black fitness attire. Her activewear designs quickly gained popularity not only in Australia but also in New Zealand, North America, and the UK.
Born in London, Ontario, Canada, Ali Fox moved to Australia in 2003 to pursue her Juris Doctor Law degree. After working in the corporate legal world for ten years, she pursued her passion for fitness during her maternity leave. While also working full-time as a lawyer and raising two young girls, she built her fitness programme, Ali Fox Transformations, on the side.
In just the first two years of her fitness programme, Ali Fox helped hundreds of Mums, women, and dads lose up to 39 pounds over her 12-week transformation contests. Her top client even lost an impressive 88 pounds in 2014. Her dedication and success were recognised when she was rated as First Runner-Up in the annual international Turbulence Training (TT) Trainer of the Year awards in 2014.
Over the course of her first four consecutive TT contests, her clients won a total of 28 awards, including 13 firsts, 9 seconds, and 6 thirds. These achievements were accompanied by $19,000 in cash winnings and clean-sweep wins in the last two contests of the series. The accomplishments and international recognition of Ali Fox and her Foxes during this period were significant and deserve ongoing appreciation and recognition.
Although Ali Fox Transformations and Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training programme were eventually terminated in 2018, the impact and success achieved by Ali and her Foxes during their operation in Redcliffe continue to be celebrated.
