Our dedicated coaches custom tailor classes to meet the individual needs of each member, helping them achieve their fitness and boxing goals. At Ali Boxing Studio, training and coaching is our passion. Our members enjoy top-notch coaching in every class, ensuring a rewarding and challenging experience. All of our coaches and trainers are certified, with a shared goal of teaching the fundamentals of boxing while helping members achieve peak physical fitness.
Coach Ali, the founder of Ali Boxing Studio, brings over 12 years of experience in the sport of boxing. He has trained alongside former lightweight champion Mario Lechowski and has helped amateur fighters prepare for boxing events in Toronto. Coach Ali is dedicated to helping all levels and abilities reach their boxing goals, whether they are beginners or experienced competitors.
Never boxed before? No problem! We are here to start at the basics and teach you the fundamentals. From footwork and stance to basic combinations, we will have you in top form in no time.
We believe in providing specific training plans tailored to each member's unique skill set, ensuring greater results and effective collaboration between members and coaches.
Our classes are designed for individuals at all levels from beginners to experienced boxers. With programs specifically tailored to each member, we focus on unique learning styles and areas of improvement. From our Rising Stars Kids Class to the Lady Power Hour Class and Couples Class, we offer a variety of programs to suit different preferences.
For those looking for a more individualized experience, we offer one-on-one sessions with our coach. This personalized program allows for focused attention on specific areas of improvement, including boxing stance, footwork, balance, shadow-boxing, strength training, and more.
