At Alexander Pilates, the focus is on providing high-quality and personalised instruction to each client. The studio is a boutique space, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming and intimate. With a maximum of four people per class, Hayley ensures that each participant receives individual attention, corrections, and guidance. This allows for a more comprehensive and effective workout, as well as a safe environment.

The studio offers a range of classes to cater to different needs and abilities. The Reformer Pilates classes utilise specially designed equipment to provide a full-body conditioning workout. Attention is given to body alignment, pelvic stability, breathing techniques, core strength, and flexibility. Classes are available for all ages and levels, including postnatal clients and those recovering from minor injuries.

There is also an Advanced Reformer class for more experienced clients and a specialised class for individuals over 65.

In addition to group classes, Alexander Pilates also offers private and duet coaching sessions. These one-on-one or two-on-one sessions are completely tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Whether you are a beginner, advanced, pregnant, a dancer, or recovering from an injury, Hayley will customise the session to suit your unique requirements. These sessions utilise a variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Chair, Spine Corrector, Mat, and Cadillac.

Hayley Alexander, the founder and owner of Alexander Pilates, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the studio. With a background as a classical ballet dancer and a diploma in dance, she understands the importance of proper movement and alignment. She completed her Pilates training through Polestar Pilates in Sydney and further expanded her knowledge through additional courses and certifications. Having taught at renowned studios in London and Amsterdam, Hayley has developed a teaching style that is both passionate and comprehensive.
