Alborz Taekwondo Academy, located at B1-745 Danforth Ave in Toronto, is led by Master Hamid Hajioghli, an 8th Dan Black Belt in WTF Taekwondo. With over 40 years of experience in studying, competing, and teaching Taekwondo, Master Hajioghli is dedicated to developing excellent martial artists. The academy offers classes for all ages and skill levels, from children as young as 4 years old to adults.
The program at Alborz Taekwondo is designed to reflect the philosophy that discipline and commitment are key to learning Taekwondo. Students work through a belt system that includes white, yellow, green, blue, red, and black belts. Each class begins with a warm-up and stretching session, followed by skill-building exercises that help students advance to the next level. With a focus on developing various kicks, punches, blocks, patterns, and Taekwondo history, students are encouraged to progress at their own pace.
