AKAI RYUU S. K. C is a renowned Shotokan Karate club located in the Caerphilly area in Wales. Established in 2017, the club has experienced significant growth and has become the best Karate club in Wales.

The club is run by Sensei Andrew Lewis, a former British Champion, and includes students who are Welsh, British, European, and World Champions and medallists.

They offer classes for all ages starting from the age of three, believing that it's never too early or too late to learn and enjoy karate.

The club's Dojo, located in Fleur De Lys, is fully matted and provides a safe and supportive environment for training. Training sessions take place from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility for participants to choose the most suitable days for their training.
