Ali Jaffer, organiser and founder of AJ Coaching, wishes to extend a heartfelt note to the sports community. AJ Coaching is a distinguished sports club in Morden, focusing on cricket coaching and development for individuals from all backgrounds and abilities.

Ali Jaffer has arranged a variety of coaching programmes throughout the year, including Summer, Winter, and Spring sessions, as well as holiday cricket camps. These programmes are designed to help participants build and refine their cricketing skills. Additionally, AJ Coaching proudly competes in the Surrey Junior Cricket Championship, fielding 12 teams in the upcoming 2022 competition.

The club’s vision, led by Ali, is to positively impact lives through fair play, team spirit, and the lessons learned from winning and losing in both league and friendly matches. Ali brings significant expertise as a former first-class cricketer in Pakistan and holds a Masters degree in Performance Coaching.

Ali believes cricketing skills like hand-eye coordination, strength, and fitness can greatly benefit children, building confidence and enriching their lives. The success of AJ Coaching is evident, with four boys recently selected to play for the Surrey team.

AJ Coaching ensures all coaches are ECB-approved and qualified. With a team of 12 level two and three coaches, all subject to CRB checks and trained in child protection and first aid, the club maintains high standards in coaching various aspects of the game.
