This local club has recently made history by launching its very first Senior Women's Team in EDFL Division 1. For those interested in joining, training sessions are held during the preseason from November onwards, every Monday and Wednesday between 6-7.30pm. Once April rolls around, these sessions will shift to Tuesdays and Thursdays, still from 6-7.30pm. This provides ample opportunity for players to hone their skills and connect with their teammates.
In the 2022 season, Airport West Football Club's Senior Women's Team will be competing in either Division 1 or Division 2 of the highly competitive EDFL Senior Women's competition. This presents a fantastic chance for women to showcase their best football skills and take on formidable opponents, all while benefiting from the guidance of a highly regarded coaching team.
