Choices include the Standard Membership (4 classes a month), Premium Membership (8 classes a month), and Ultimate Membership (12 classes a month).

Classes are led by experienced coaches and run for 1 hour and 15 minutes. They must be booked online, ensuring convenience. The coaches are highly qualified and undergo enhanced DBS checks, with each holding a first aid certificate. Their breadth of expertise makes them some of the most respected in the country, ensuring top-notch coaching for all.
