Aikido Shin Tokoro, led by skilled instructors, brings traditional Aikikai Aikido to Barking, East London. Chris, the organiser, ensures a welcoming and comprehensive training experience at the Parkside Community Centre, Goodmayes Lane, IG3 9PP.
Classes run on Thursday evenings from 19:30 to 21:30, perfect for busy schedules. Practitioners of all levels, whether beginners or experienced, will find a supportive and inclusive environment. The focus is on discipline, self-defence, and personal growth, with training that emphasises harmony, circular movements, and energy redirection.
