Aikido, Pilates and Fitness

Graham would like to extend a warm welcome to all to "Aikido, Pilates and Fitness," a martial arts club based in Lincoln, UK. This club is an excellent place to enhance your physical and mental well-being with Aikido and Pilates classes that cover both fitness and self-defence.

Aikido is not just about physical skills; it also boosts confidence, promotes inner well-being, and helps develop focus and discipline. At this club, you can learn authentic Aikido under the guidance of qualified instructors. Sensei Neville, the head instructor, spent over five years in Japan, training and completing the renowned Yoshinkan Instructor Training Course in Tokyo. Sensei Catherine, a local black belt instructor, also offers various classes, including energising Pilates sessions.

The club has a family-friendly atmosphere and direct connections to Japan, making it a great place for everyone to get involved. Whether you’re new to Aikido or have some experience, you’re welcome to join and start your journey. Graham also organises a fantastic opportunity for members to join a martial arts holiday in Tokyo. It’s a chance to dive into Japanese culture and history while enhancing your skills.
