At Aikido Durham, we are dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals of all levels to learn and grow in the art of Aikido and meditation. Our classes are non-competitive and focus on developing the mind and body through training, promoting overall health and wellness. Our chief instructor, Sensei Jason Moore, has over 25 years of experience in Aikido and provides high-quality instruction based on traditional principles.
Located conveniently in Whitby, Ontario, our school is easily accessible to students across the Durham region. We offer classes for teens and adults, with a 7-day free trial available to new students who are interested in experiencing what Aikido Durham has to offer. Additionally, we are part of the AYC network of dojos, providing members access to multiple dojos across Ontario and instruction from top instructors in the world.
In addition to Aikido training, we also offer guided meditation sessions for those looking to incorporate mindfulness and relaxation practices into their daily routine. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, combining the physical and mental benefits of martial arts and meditation.
