Join Sensei Ama at Tatami Studio Aikido Yoga Meditation for outdoor Aikido Weapons Classes at Assiniboine Park every Wednesday starting July 5th until August 30th. The classes will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM right in front of the Lyric Theatre.
Aikido Weapons Classes will focus on mastering traditional weapons such as the bokken (sword), jo (staff), and tanto (knife) to help improve your stance, distance, and timing skills crucial for Aikido practice. Sensei Ama will lead participants through various exercises like Ken Suburi, Makiwara tanren, and Jo Suburi to provide a well-rounded weapons training experience.
