If you've never done tai chi before, this is a great opportunity to give it a try at a discounted price. Tai chi for health and relaxation These classes focus on learning and practising the Yang style 8 step form. This is a gentle, flowing form that helps to improve flexibility, balance, posture, and overall physical fitness. It also helps to reduce stress levels, increase energy, and improve focus and inner calm.
Each class includes warm-up exercises, tai chi movements, and relaxation techniques. There is an emphasis on proper technique and body alignment to ensure maximum benefits and prevent injury. Classes are suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical fitness. Tai chi for strength and vitality These classes focus on the 24 step form, which is a longer and more challenging form than the 8 step form.
It is suitable for those who have completed the beginners' course or have previous experience with tai chi. The 24 step form helps to further strengthen the body, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase overall vitality and wellbeing. Classes include a warm-up, the 24 step form, and additional exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. There is also a focus on meditation and deep breathing techniques to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness.
Classes are taught in a supportive and friendly atmosphere, with individual attention given to each student's needs and abilities.
