Are you the owner of Ageless Fitness & Health Inc.?
Stroke survivors, and individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries. We have a deep understanding of the body and how to help it heal and become stronger.
At Ageless Fitness & Health Inc. , we offer one-on-one, in-person or online fitness training, fitness therapy, and pre/post-surgical/injury rehab therapy. Our holistic therapies include therapeutic cupping, Gua Sha, manual fascia release, lymphatic drainage, red/NIR light therapy, and PEMF therapy. All services are by appointment only, with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly session options available.
Our private facility is separate from our home on-site and includes a change room for clients. The space is bright, well-lit, and heated/air-conditioned for comfort. We offer a variety of exercise tools, including step benches, dumbbells, kettlebells, and foam rollers, to help clients achieve their wellness goals. We also provide bodyweight programs for clients with limited equipment at home.
Our business name, “ageless,” was inspired by our father, Denis, who has defied his chronological age of 89 through improved fitness and a positive attitude towards life. As a husband and wife team with decades of experience in fitness training, therapy, and rehabilitation, we are dedicated to helping clients of all ages and abilities live healthier, stronger, and more active lives.
