Aged 4–6 years old to learn the basics of rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. Our experienced coaches will guide the young gymnasts through activities that focus on developing coordination, flexibility, and rhythm.

Aged 7 9 years old Beginner Book Now DESCRIPTION In our Beginner class, children aged 7–9 years old will continue to build on the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics. This class is designed to help young gymnasts improve their skills and confidence as they learn new routines and movements with the guidance of our dedicated coaches.

Aged 10 and above Intermediate Book Now DESCRIPTION For children aged 10 and above, our Intermediate class offers a more challenging and advanced training programme. Gymnasts in this class will refine their techniques, perfect their routines, and work on more complex skills to further enhance their rhythmic gymnastics abilities.

Competitive Training Book Now DESCRIPTION For gymnasts who are passionate about rhythmic gymnastics and wish to compete at a higher level, we offer competitive training programmes. Our experienced coaches will provide personalised coaching and support to help gymnasts reach their full potential and achieve success in competitions.
