The Kindergym and Recreational levels. This class is for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and are ready for a more challenging curriculum. The 90 minute class includes a 15 minute choreographed dance warm up, 15 minute conditioning and flexibility training and 15 minute rotations on each of the 4 events. Advanced Kindergym gymnasts will continue to progress through the CANGYM Badge Program, building upon their skills and strength to prepare them for entry level Competitive classes.
Competitive Team Aereo Gymnastics Club offers competitive team programs for girls ages 6 years and up who show potential and dedication to the sport of gymnastics. Our competitive team members train multiple times a week and compete in various competitions throughout the year. Coaches work closely with each gymnast to develop their skills, routines, and mental toughness to compete at their best. Our competitive team has a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork, supporting each other both in and out of the gym.

Whether you're a former gymnast looking to get back into the sport or a complete beginner, our adult gymnastics classes cater to all levels.
