Derived from Greek and Latin origins, 'AEON' refers to a class of powers or supernatural entities created from a supreme being to perform various functions in the universe. It also represents an immeasurable period of time, timeless and infinite. We believe this word encapsulates the environment we aim to create at our academy – a space where everyone is equal and where we rely on each other for growth.

Our adult classes cater to individuals of all abilities, from those seeking to lose weight and stay fit to those who compete in professional mixed martial arts bouts. Each session is tailored to meet the unique requirements of our students, ensuring that their individual needs are identified and addressed.

For our younger practitioners, we offer youth classes starting from the tender age of 3. These classes are designed to cater to multiple learning styles, focusing on developing a tenacious growth mindset and placing value on the process rather than the results.
