At Twin Tigers Martial Arts, each session kicks off with a warm-up routine that includes skipping and dynamic stretching. This helps activate your muscles and get your blood pumping. Following the warm-up, you will engage in various advanced drills, set combinations, and clinchwork. Controlled sparring opportunities are also provided, allowing you to practice executing techniques under pressure.

The cost for our Advanced Muay Thai classes is £30.00 per month for children aged 4–18 years old. For families with multiple children, we offer discounts and family packages.
