In our adult & teenager program you will learn the traditional art of Tae Kwon-Do, the art of self-defence.
You will learn punches, blocks, kicks, combinations, throws, locks, holds and releases in a safe and structured environment which caters for beginners all the way through to advanced students and black belts. Aside from building physical strength and skills you will also improve your confidence, self discipline and focus.
In a typical class you will participate in fitness exercises to build strength, develop flexibility and work your cardiovascular system. This is coupled with learning and practicing Tae Kwon-Do techniques, performing patterns and participating in various forms of sparring.
