For those who just want to have a taste of the excitement, we offer our popular Arrive & Drive sessions. Starting at just £20 for a 15-minute session on our Club Circuit or £25 for a session on our National Circuit, you can get behind the wheel and experience the thrill of karting. Multiple sessions are available, subject to availability. However, due to COVID-19 safety measures, we require all Arrive & Drive sessions to be booked in advance. Please note that the minimum age requirement for these sessions is 15, and proof of age is required upon sign-on.
If you're ready to take your karting skills up a notch and compete against other drivers, our Grand Prix events are perfect for you. These highly competitive races provide plenty of track time and the opportunity to showcase your racing skills. Participants will race wheel to wheel with their friends or colleagues in our 60mph racing karts, just inches off the ground. The event kicks off with a practice session to familiarise yourself with the circuit, followed by exciting heat races and a thrilling final. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers. Our weekday Grand Prix option is priced at £79 per person, while the weekend option costs £89 per person.
For those looking for a more affordable option without compromising on the thrill, our Super Prix events are the way to go. Priced at £65 per person on weekdays and £75 per person on weekends, the Super Prix offers similar excitement at a lower cost. Join us for our Race Night events, held every second and last Tuesday of the month, as well as a Friday towards the end of each month. These evenings are the ultimate hassle-free karting experience. We run open grids on these nights, allowing smaller numbers to participate. Our Super Prix and Grand Prix format races are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Super Prix event is priced at £60 per person, while the Grand Prix event is priced at £75 per person.
If you're a true karting enthusiast looking for the ultimate endurance challenge, Thruxton Kart Centre has got you covered too. Our Endurance Events are perfect for those seeking a thrilling, action-packed race. Utilising our Thunderkarts race chassis, these races can be done individually or in teams. Strategy plays a major role, with driver changes, fuel stops, and driver orders being crucial. The winner is determined by completing the most laps within the race duration. Please note that the circuit capacity for these events is limited to 15 karts, with a minimum requirement of 10 karts for exclusivity. The minimum age requirement for our Endurance Events is 15, and proof of age is required. Our Individual Endurance races are priced at £90 per person, offering just under an hour of exhilarating track time. Alternatively, if you prefer team racing, our Mini Endurance option is ideal for two-person teams and is priced at £150 per team.
