Teens aged 13–17 years can join the dedicated Teens class, and adults aged 18 years and above have their own training class as well.
ATA also offers Olympic Sport/Competition classes for individuals skilled enough to participate by invitation only. Additionally, they have Technical/Poomsae classes available for individuals interested in the technical aspect of Taekwondo by invitation only.
