Addlestone Victory Park Bowling Club has received generous funding of 9,622 from the Shepperton Studios Community Fund and the Peter Harrison Foundation. This funding has been utilised to upgrade the Club's equipment, including new small-sized bowls and adaptive equipment like the Bowls Royce wheelchair. Despite having a relatively inexperienced membership, Addlestone Victory Park Bowling Club has demonstrated their talent and determination by triumphing over more experienced teams. They have defeated formidable opponents in the local area, including Chertsey, Bishop Duppas, and Horsell and Oatlands Park. With their sights set on further success, the Club's top men's four gained promotion to the top Division of the North West Surrey League last year.
