ACTN3 – Ninja Warrior et Parkour is a parkour spot and gym located in Montreal, offering a unique and exciting experience for parkour and ninja warrior enthusiasts of all ages. The gym features two distinct spaces Espace Performance for ages 12 and up, and Espace Familial for ages 6 and up.

The Ninja Warrior section in this space boasts obstacles spread across two levels, including an impressive 18-foot incline wall, the tallest available in Canada.

For younger participants and families, the Espace Familial offers a more accessible level of difficulty in both the parkour and ninja warrior sections. To promote family bonding and active fun, ACTN3 provides free entry for a parent to participate with their child during open sessions.
